Seller App, identified by a Seller ID (SID).
● Device: Any device used to access the Website or App.
● Service: The Payism website and Seller App.
● Service Provider: Third parties who process data on our behalf (e.g., payment, logistics, and verification
partners).
● Personal Information: Information capable of identifying an individual.
● Sensitive Personal Data (SPDI): Passwords, financial and bank account information, GST/PAN details,
and payment information.
● Usage Data: Data collected automatically through use of the Website or App.
● Website/App: payism.shop and the Payism Seller App, and related subdomains.
● You: The customer, merchant, or seller accessing the Website or App.

B. Merchant Information
Collected during outreach and onboarding, before a merchant becomes an active seller:
● Business name and contact person name

Collected once a merchant is onboarded as an active Seller App user:
● Seller ID (SID)
● Business name, GST number, and PAN details
● Bank account details (for payment settlement)
● Product catalogue and pricing information
● Stock and order fulfilment data
D. Usage Data
● Browser or app type
● IP address
● Pages/screens visited and time spent
● Statistical and demographic data
E. Non-Personal Information
Includes technical, statistical, and analytical information that does not identify an individual.

We do not sell or trade personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only to perform services on our behalf.

● Logistics and shipping: Shiprocket/Ekart/other feasible 3PL
● Seller identity/KYC verification (GST/PAN): Perfios

Vendor lists may be updated from time to time. Third-party processors are bound by contract to maintain confidentiality and security standards equivalent to ours.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose collected, or up to 7 years as mandated by Indian statutory tax and accounting regulations.
