Credit Card EMI / Consumer EMI

• EMI facilities are subject to approval by the respective issuing bank or financial institution.
• Applicable interest rates, processing fees, foreclosure charges, and repayment terms shall be governed by the respective bank/NBFC policies.
• The Company shall not be responsible for EMI approval or rejection decisions made by the bank.
• EMI conversion eligibility depends on the customer’s card type, transaction amount, tenure selection, and bank policies.
• Customers are advised to review all EMI terms displayed during checkout before completing the transaction.

Payment Authorization

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• The Company does not store sensitive card details such as CVV, OTP, or PIN information.
• Orders shall be confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.

Failed Transactions

In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited from the customer account but order confirmation is not generated, the amount shall be refunded as per banking timelines and payment gateway policies.
