CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is processed, dispatched, or shipped from the seller/warehouse.

2. Cancellation of Customized or Special Orders
Orders placed for customized products, made-to-order furniture, interiors, wardrobes, false ceiling works, or specially procured products may not be eligible for cancellation once production, procurement, or processing has started.
Any advance paid towards such orders may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
